A guided 60 minute heated stretch class designed to increase flexibility, improve mobility and supports circulation, recovery, and relaxation. the final 15-20 minutes of class includes a foam rolling session.

Foam rolling is a type of self‑myofascial release, using body weight on a roller to apply pressure to muscles and fascia to reduce tension and sensitivity. Research shows it can increase joint range of motion without hurting strength or power when used before exercise. When used after exercise, it helps muscles recover faster and feel less sore over the next 24–72 hours.

Props are provided in this class with may include items like foam rollers, therapy balls, yoga straps, yoga blocks and others. All classes are enjoyed with a curated playlist with a lot of recognizable songs to help keep you engaged and energized for your stretch.
