Hot Iron Yoga will help you build muscle, improve flexibility, and burn calories. A 45 Minute workout combining yoga movements and weights. This room is HOT and HUMID. The 104‑degree heated room with added humidity supports deeper stretching, higher heart‑rate training, and a powerful “detox, de‑stress, and get strong” experience.
I teach with a variety of props which can include the use of hand weights, resistance bands, and blocks. Music is more lively and volume goes UP.
What you can expect:
Classes combine yoga poses with strength training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. You can expect cardio bursts to get your heart pumping, and a challenging core workout.
